Thermostable Alpha Amylase has excellent heat resistance. It is produced by fermenting and extracting Bacillus licheniformis. The optimal working temperature is above 90℃. It liquefies rapidly at 95-97℃, retains considerable activity at 100℃, and can reach a temperature of 105-110℃ in the early stage of spray liquefaction. The pH range is: the effective pH range is 5.5-8.0, and the optimal pH range is 5.8-6.5. It is applied in industries such as starch sugar, alcohol, beer, monosodium glutamate, food brewing, textiles, dyeing, and papermaking. |
