    Thermostable Alpha Amylase is extracted by fermentation with Bacillus licheniformis. It efficiently catalyzes the hydrolysis of glycosidic bonds inside starch molecules at high temperatures, producing products such as dextrin and oligosaccharides. It liquefies rapidly at 95-97 ℃ and maintains considerable activity at 100 ℃, making it suitable for industrial continuous production. ​


Fermentation: During alcohol brewing, adding starch in the cooking stage can convert the raw materials into fermentable sugars, thereby increasing the alcohol conversion rate; In the fermentation production of monosodium glutamate, citric acid, etc., sufficient carbon sources can be provided for microorganisms, promoting bacterial growth and product synthesis.


Starch processing: During the starch extraction process of raw materials such as corn and potatoes, starch particles can be rapidly decomposed at high temperatures, reducing the viscosity of the slurry and increasing starch yield; In the production of starch sugar, it is used for the preparation of glucose and maltose.
