| Description |
|
Cellulose enzymes are extracted and purified from high-yield bacterial strains by means of liquid deep aeration fermentation technology. Cellulase is a complex enzyme blend containing endoglucanase, exoglucanase, β-glucosidase and various auxiliary components. With their combined synergistic activity, these components enable the effective degradation of cellulose into glucose. It is applied across diverse industries including fruit juice manufacturing, plant extraction engineering, feed processing, textile processing and papermaking production. |
| Fruit and vegetable processing | Breaking down cellulose in the cell walls of fruits and vegetables to enhance juice yield and clarity |
| Beer processing | decompose malt cell walls, promote starch release, and enhance saccharification efficiency |
| Clothing | Perform gentle degradation on the surface of denim to achieve a faded and distressed effect |
| Papermaking | Decompose cellulose and hemicellulose in raw materials, reduce energy consumption in pulping, and decrease the amount of chemical reagents used |
| Feed | Break down cellulose in feed and convert it into small molecular sugars that can be absorbed by animals, thereby improving feed utilization and reducing breeding costs. |
| Plant extraction | Extracting effective components from plant-based medicines to enhance the extraction rate |
